- they see benefit in having an unbiased, objective professional from "outside" the organization assisting with implementation.
Certified EOS Implementers are experienced facilitators who have succeeded as leaders and managers in the entrepreneurial business world, and been fully trained to implement EOS purely. A Certified Implementer will:
- teach your team how to master the tools in The EOS Toolbox
- facilitate each session in The EOS Process, drawing the collective wisdom out of your leadership team to clarify, simplify, and focus on those things that are most important
- coach the individuals on your team, holding you accountable to do what you say you are going to do. Just like any sports team, you can’t always see yourself playing the game. The Certified Implementer can and will offer helpful suggestions to bring the best out in your people.
A Certified EOS Implementer will guide your leadership team through The EOS Process one session at a time, starting with the free 90 Minute Meeting to set the context for the journey with your leadership team.
Each day session in the process is guaranteed — at the end of each session, if you don’t feel you have received full value, the fee for that session is waived.
When you have fully implemented EOS and/or you have someone on your leadership team to take over the responsibility of implementing, the Certified Implementer’s work is done. You are equipped and empowered to function on your own as a great company.
