In about 30 days, meet again for your first day of vision building, getting your leadership team 100 percent on the same page with each part of your vision, clarifying who you are, what you do, where you are going and how you are going to get there. In each session, you will work with tools that clarify and simplify everything. Again, break for about 30 days to give you a chance to use your new tools "in" the business and then come back together to complete your second day of vision building. With your vision clear and all foundational tools in place, simply execute your plan in a 90-Day World. Meet once every quarter for full-day quarterly planning sessions and once every year for a two-day annual planning session to experience tremendous traction.
