Curt Swindoll’s career has spanned six industry sectors (Manufacturing, Technology, Banking, Nonprofit, Professional Services, and Energy), serving or consulting in functional areas as diverse as operations, sales and business development, marketing and branding, IT and software development, fundraising, board development, strategic planning, and more.
Curt’s career began in information technology and software development. Mid-career he assumed senior leadership and strategy roles in three different companies. In 2000, he formed an innovative management consulting practice focused on organization development and strategic planning. He transitioned back into agency work in 2011, serving in a corporate strategy role for an Inc 500 full-service agency. While there, he counseled senior leaders in areas of strategy, vision, and tactical implementation. He remains active on several boards.
Curt has an MBA from Pepperdine University, has taught as an adjunct professor on nonprofit leadership and management. He speaks and writes on business and leadership issues, including his personal journey integrating his faith with his work.
