I became an EOS Implementer because EOS transformed my business.

I am a co-owner of a small business in Minneapolis.  I bought my current business in 2008, right before the economic down turn.  It survived the first two years but I was frustrated with the slow growth we were experiencing.  In 2010, we implemented EOS into our business in hopes that it would deliver the results we were looking for.  It was the best decision we have ever made.  We are now running a thriving business.   Two years after implementing EOS, my business had doubled it’s sales and tripled it’s profits.  My business is now running with fewer struggles, less frustration, and much less chaos.

EOS is a program that helps organizations to get real, to get simple and to get results.

The success in my business has allowed me to step into my role as an EOS Implementer.  I want to bring EOS to entrepreneurs who are wanting more from their business.  I know EOS works.  I want to share it.

My goal is to help entrepreneurs establish control and create value in their business.  I achieve that goal through:

• Effective Education – helping teams to learn timeless, tested tools that strengthen Six Key Components that are prevalent in all successful companies.
• Effective Facilitation – helping teams to uncover their way and their truths.  Working from your “right-way” is always more effective than following someone else’s “right-way”.
• Effective Coaching – helping teams to stay the course, to play the game well and to see what changes need to be made in order to get them to that next level of success.
