My career began right after college as an Army officer where I learned to be a leader. I field tested those skills as a combat infantry adviser.
I spent the middle portion of my career in large US Corporations, most notably Sun Microsystems. I joined Sun Microsystems when they were just 2/12 years young and spent the next ten years with them, all the way to $5B. I learned to change the wheels on a moving train at Sun, a valuable skill for any entrepreneur.
I left Sun for the challenge and opportunity of running a small business. I did that twice. One $10M and one $30M. For me, helping business owners and their leadership teams is not a theory. I have experienced both the challenges and rewards that come with the privilege of being the final decision maker.
I became a solo professional services provider 20 years ago and I became an EOS Implementer 11 years ago. Since then I have helped more than 50 small businesses, of all stripes and sizes implement EOS.
In February of 2014 I became a member of the EOS Worldwide leadership team. I served as the Coach and Mentor to the EOS Professional Implementers for 2 1/2 years while continuing my EOS Implementer practice.
