As EOS Community Leader for Europe, Dean has helped 50+ Leadership Teams to Implement EOS throughout the UK & Ireland. As a British entrepreneur, husband and father of two, Dean started and ran several businesses. It was during a turbulent time with an ex-business partner in a previous company that he began to question; “Should running your own business really feel so tough, so much of the time?”

Knowing that the relationship with his business partner was beyond repair, the decision was made to exit that business and find the next venture. This time, it was in helping to scale another Digital Agency. Thanks to some Agency peers, he was soon introduced to ‘Traction’ and EOS and that led to the realisation; “It didn’t have to be so tough!”

At that time there were no EOS Implementers here in the UK, and that left Dean to implement the process into the Agency himself. He & the team quickly fell in love with the impact and the results EOS enabled for them. Since then, over the last 5½ years, Dean has worked with a range of organisations, from ‘Start-ups’ – to £200mill PE backed International Enterprises. He has been privileged to have experienced working with teams in more than 20 different Industries, helping them all to get the same results; helping those business owners to get everything that they want from their businesses.

More recently, 2 of Dean’s Teams have been proud to be awarded the prestigious Queen’s Awards for Enterprise.
