My passions have always been to teach and to serve others, starting with making music. I was the nerdy gradeschooler who woke herself up at 6:00 a.m. to practice piano before school. After college, I taught violin to 80 gradeschoolers to support myself. If I can teach kids to play violin, I can teach you EOS! After that, I joined a small software company in Silicon Valley and served as Vice President, Client Services, where I helped build a culture of great customer service that contributed in part to a successful IPO. I moved to Texas as fast as I could, and started two of my own businesses: first, an IT services consulting and training company and the 2nd company focused on leadership development training and executive/team coaching. I also founded three non-profits using my passion, vision and business acumen. As faculty member at University of Texas – Dallas for five years, I facilitated leadership training for corporate clients. During this time, I read the book Traction & informally introduced EOS to several companies including in my own. I am now an EOS Implementer, helping small- to mid-sized company leaders get what they want out of their businesses.
