I’ve spent 25 years building, developing and motivating people to collaborate and get on the same page, work cohesively as a unit, leverage strengths, and then row together as one team to achieve success. I’m uniquely skilled at setting vision, developing strategy, and building strong operational plans to drive desired results and transformational change throughout an organization.

As a Leader/Coach, I’ve worked with top leaders and business owners helping them build high performing teams with the Right Structure that aligns to their vision. Then executing on strategy to find and develop the Right People with the Right Skills to create healthy team culture and deliver outstanding results.

My Style is collaborative and relationship driven, focused on building trust and commitment across the team.  I drive hard to help achieve goals, but I know when to step back, give grace, and spend time lifting others up to be their very best.  I have strong beliefs yet am flexible with others allowing them to bring their own person and best unique self forward.  I’m highly intuitive and instinctual and I know it when I see it!
