Mark began the business owner learning journey early after founding training companies at 23 and 26 years old. Mark faced the immediate challenge of running on a tight budget while developing an appealing workplace culture to attract individuals with high talent and potential. Each entity was sold and continues to operate successfully more than 15 years later.
As an experienced leadership trainer, Mark brings knowledge and experience by being outgoing, relatable, analytical, and very proactive.
In the past 20 years, Mark has been in the boardroom and on the ground floor in several sectors. Mark proudly helps groups improve performance through an honest, straightforward approach, always ensuring that others thoroughly understand and have pride in knowing their strengths and capabilities.
The EOS life and its tools are a natural fit for Mark after he experienced them as a client, seeing first-hand the importance of discipline and consistency concerning a group’s Vision, Traction, and Health.
Mark is passionate about providing support to leaders while living the EOS core values of Humble Confidence, Growth, Helping First, Doing the Right Thing, and Do(ing) What We Say.
