After a successful 30-year career in the high-tech industry, I left to fulfill my dream of starting and growing my own business. I launched a consulting firm dedicated to helping small businesses improve their operations and achieve greater success.

Along the way, I discovered Traction and the EOS system, which immediately resonated with me. Its simple, practical tools and proven principles not only aligned with my approach but expanded my ability to help businesses thrive.

Having witnessed the power of EOS to transform leadership teams—turning dysfunction and misalignment into unity, clarity, and renewed energy—I decided to make EOS my full-time focus. As a Professional EOS Implementer, I am passionate about equipping entrepreneurs with the tools to build stronger teams, achieve their vision, and get more from their businesses.
