Since I was very young I wanted to help people. My journey and experience has included being a lifeguard, an EMT, and working in sports medicine. After 9/11 I joined the fire service and became a paramedic. I learned so many life lessons through that experience, none greater than life is short and you need to maximize your time everyday. My fire service career led me into my entrepreneurial journey as the leader of our family owned contract fire department. Yes, that’s a thing!
My company fought forest fires for the federal government and we were the onsite fire department at several industrial facilities. Like many family owned businesses we faced many business challenges and balancing our precise time. That all changed when we implemented EOS. We met our financial goals but more importantly we were able to discover some work life balance and eventually had a successful exit.
Now my passion is to coach and mentor entrepreneurs and help them live a better life.
