I started my career as an auditor/CPA for Coopers & Lybrand in Chicago. That early inside look into such a variety of businesses fed my entrepreneurial curiosity, and laid the foundation for me to build a life long career dedicated to growing companies and their leaders.

Prior to becoming an EOS Implementer, I was a partner and COO/CFO for a large regional CPA firm that we were trying to grow past a 2 million dollar ceiling.  We had adopted several of the tools and disciplines that you will see referenced in EOS, but we had no real system to it.  We were just piecing together tools as discovered them.  We ultimately reached our goal of 10 million, but it was a struggle getting there with no proven process or road map.

Later, after selling my shares in that practice, I became a Vistage Chair coaching over 60 CEO’s.  Many of them had read the book Traction, and wanted my help implementing EOS.  Now, after facilitating over 150 sessions, I have seen the power of this complete operating system. The many companies that I have led through the EOS process are regularly recognized on the Inc 5,000 and as the fastest growing and best places to work in their cities.
