Professional EOS Implementer Michele Mollard realized in her roles as an Owner, a Captain, a Board Member, and a Mentor that she loves helping people reach their full potential.

Michele has been an entrepreneur from a young age while watching her father run his business. She wasted no time starting her first “real” business right after college. She researched other businesses before starting Professionals for Success, by taking the great parts and systems from others and formulating a better leads generation company.

During her career in sales & business development, she formulated another business in 2008, to help companies set up or fine tune their sales system. Through a client, she was exposed to Training & Development and Organizational Development, which became part of her DNA. Following her new DNA and her mission to help people reach their full potential, she joined a company that had been running on EOS.

Exposed to EOS from the leadership team view, department head view, corporate trainer and employee, Michele knew she had to “take this system on the road” become an Implementer, and help entrepreneurs, leaders, and ALL employee accelerate their growth.
