I believe an organization is a fiction, a fiction that is only given meaning and power by people who buy-in. If you have 200 people and 101 buy-in to this and 99 buy-in to that, then you have two organizations.  Almost 100% of the companies I start with are dealing with this dysfunction at some or many levels. We will root this out, fix it permanently, and you will enjoy the kind of company you always dreamed of.

I believe we only have a finite number of days on this earth and wasting time is not how I am wired.
