Amanda spent 15 years in the corporate world, including serving as the Head of HR for Capital One’s Auto Finance division for several years. She decided to dive into entrepreneurship by taking an opportunity to co-own a local restaurant with an incredibly creative Visionary. Over 9 years, Amanda helped grow that company into a multi-concept, multi-state business generating over $25M in revenue (DFW folks may recognize the names Truck Yard or Second Rodeo Brewing). In that time, Amanda learned how to franchise, how to prepare a concept for sale, and unfortunately, how to put one into bankruptcy.
Amanda’s team self-implemented EOS. EOS proved to be transformational for the company – making huge improvements in operational execution and leadership accountability, all while keeping entrepreneurial spirit at the heart of the business. So taken with the power of the EOS system, Amanda is now helping other entrepreneurs get that kind of traction in their business as an EOS Implementer.
Living her best “EOS life,” Amanda is a dedicated world traveler, swing dancer, and volunteer with the Lewy Body Dementia Association.
