After successfully building a family business over 15 years, my passion for building strong leadership teams began when I discovered the book Traction and the Entrepreneurial Operating System.

By implementing EOS® in my company, I witnessed a remarkable shift. My employees aligned more with the company’s vision, executed tasks more consistently, and formed strong teams to run the company.

Embracing EOS®, I achieved a pivotal milestone – stepping out of the day-to-day operations and empowering the leadership team to run the company.  Now, as a Certified EOS Implementer®, I help frustrated business owners take control.  My approach involves simplifying, clarifying, and guiding clients to realize their visions through the implementation of EOS® in their organizations.
