I was taught from an early age by 2 generations of entrepreneurs that “a rich man does what he loves and loves what he does…” This laid the foundation for my near 30 year career in business. I’ve experienced the ups and downs of being responsible for growing revenue and profit while balancing great execution – all while trying to build cultures where everyone loves coming to work.
I’ve learned a lot through my successes, but my most significant lessons came in my failures. Like learning that I spent way too much time working harder, not smarter. Or realizing that I’m a natural creative problem solver, BUT my successes have come when I’ve surrendered to the discipline and accountability that comes from following proven processes.
Perhaps most important – the ‘rich man’ has almost nothing to do with money. It’s about living an ‘upright life.’ ‘Up-Right’…up and to the right is what entrepreneurs are seeking, but often struggle to experience.
Now I get to do what I love, and I love what I do…Pursue my passion to come alongside other entrepreneurs and help them discover how to get more of what they want from their business – and move to living a more ‘Up-Right’ life.
