I grew up in an entrepreneurial family, and I have had several successful businesses in my career. My most recent exit involved growing a $200,000 stagnant company into a streamlined IT MSP in just under 3 years, eventually selling it for $2.4 million.
Today, my professional goal is to help companies and people grow through transformation. I do this by leading Introductions to the Landmark Forum, a premier personal and professional development program.
This training allows me to willingly venture into the “danger zones” of my EOS sessions. I listen for the commitment BEYOND the words that are being said; I am a master at body language and can determine what’s truly being said by what’s NOT being said.
By implementing EOS, I provide your leadership team with a greater capacity for leadership and ownership of your company. Your employees gain the opportunity to have the business work for them vs. them having to work for the business.
I am fortunate that I get to live in my zone of genius in being a teacher, coach & facilitator of leadership teams. This process allows vision to become reality via alignment with EOS.
