Having moved 14 times in my adult life has made me adaptable.  I’ve worked with and learned from people from all of the country.

During that time, I started 6 different businesses. 2 of which are still in operation.  I’ve learned what works, and more importantly, what doesn’t.

For 15 years, I worked for the #1 Global Problem Solving Organization as a Certified Master Trainer, Facilitator and Coach, helping teams gain new perspective by getting the best thinking on the table to solve issues and challenges.

When we settled in Northern California, I used those skills working on the executive leadership team of a regional business for 9 years. I experienced many of the same frustrations and issues that entrepreneurial companies do, and would often discuss my challenges with my husband, who is also an EOS implementer. I learned a couple of EOS nuggets from him which I implemented in my team meetings and was shocked at how quickly we started getting things done.  It peaked my interest and I ultimately made a career change.

Now as an EOS Implementer I get to guide organizations to see their full potential and make positive steps toward breakthrough results.
