At 18 years old, I got married, started a family, and became an entrepreneur. I learned hard and fast what it’s really like to run a business, and have real people depending on me. Because of this, I quickly became passionate about using business as a personal development tool. In my 15+years of organizational leadership team experience, the company I spent the most time with grew from just a couple employees to over 100. I discovered first-hand how challenging it can be to create the culture we truly wanted in a growing business! We tried to implement everything we could get our hands on to help us, finding some help along the way. Unfortunately, we struggled to really simplify and clarify the team’s functions and roles, and many of us were consistently burning out, impacting our work lives as well as our personal/family lives. After discovering a natural, joyful knack for guiding leadership teams through authentic conversation and progress, I just needed a toolbox that I could use to live out my passion to help the most people possible. So here I am, enjoying doing what I love, truly helping leaders and their entire teams live their best lives.
