Entrepreneurship was weaved throughout my family with many owning businesses. I started my first business at 21 years old.

I also worked in both small and large companies and consistently worked to improve efficiencies by creating sustainable processes, improving communication and working collaboratively across departments.

This experience led me to help other businesses make the same improvements, so I started a business coaching practice in 2012. Initially focusing on helping companies define and document their processes to create efficiencies, sustainability and improve profits by maximizing their resources and minimizing waste.

Then the book Traction transformed my thinking. Processes are important, but getting the right people in the right seat allows companies to leverage all the great things they are doing, which led me to become an EOS Implementer.
