As a 30-year entrepreneur and business owner, I understands first-hand the struggles and obstacles of growing a business. At the age of 23, I started my first business designing and building trade show exhibits. I was young and naive but I had fire in the belly and a willingness to learn. After many stumbles, tears, and bruised knees I found EOS and used the system to focus, organize, and scale my business. Because of EOS I was able to solidly run my company for over 25 years, successfully exiting in 2018.
After leaving the trade show industry I started a new business focusing on sales. I began writing sales playbooks for companies and then coaching and training those sales teams. It was here that I realized I needed to become an EOS Implementor. Many of my clients needed a more wholistic approach to running their organizations and I knew EOS could help.
I have a passion for people, process and growth. I love helping companies get clarity and focus so they not only see results but also regain the balance and excitement in their businesses.
I’ve been a member of EO for 20+ years and also facilitate leadership retreats for entrepreneurial organizations.
