I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs with my dad starting and managing hardware stores in South Africa and then built a couple of paint factories in Congo. After getting my MBA in the United States, I joined the family business before an uprising against the government brought me back to Florida.

I worked with international companies in leadership positions. At Pandora Jewelry, I set up the Mexico company going from 3 to 300 people, opened 60 stores and on track to USD 80 million in sales in under 3 years. I lived the challenges of creating the right structure, hiring the right people, focusing on key targets, making sure all departments were pulling in the same direction and delivering results.

When I came back to the US, I was on the Leadership team of a private footwear company, I read the Traction book and discovered the simple yet powerful EOS Model and Process. I realized it was what I’ve been doing all along naturally with all my positions and experience, put in a very simple and powerful way. So now I make it my purpose to help business owners run their business instead of the business running them.
