At a young age I was obsessed with productivity, and precision, whether shoveling snow, detailing cars, sweeping my Dad’s factory floors, or working at the country club; I executed tasks building a reputation for my unique traits.
My early passions of excellence paired with developing healthy cultures enabled the implementation of innovative strategies. With this non-conventional approach, spanning all levels of the organization, we’ve experienced breakthrough paradigms and the creation of industry benchmarks.
My passion as an EOS consultant is to assist founders to develop cohesive teams, aligned on outperforming their industries through these proven methods to execute innovative, disruptive strategies.
While not engaging with my clients, you will find me with my soulmate Stacy of 16 years. We are passionate about our family and growing our business ventures. We have 3 boys (25,22,9), and we are very proud of their accomplishments. You will find us tailgating at our son’s footballs games in the fall, and in the summer on our boat on the CT River or Long Island Sound.
