I’m on a mission. I’ve worked in M&A for the last 3 years helping to acquire and integrate businesses that ran on EOS and business that did not. I know that EOS can transform businesses making them healthier organizations with everyone on the same page, clear accountability and a strong vision!

Here’s a little bit more about how I became so passionate about this way of operating.

I was raised in a family business and worked in the business for over a decade. I played a key role in implementing EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System). For years we were a group of 10-12 people who functioned like your average dysfunctional family with overlapping roles, undocumented processes and lots of strong feelings and emotions. EOS helped us transform into a cohesive organization, where we had clear defined roles and responsibilities! We took what was in our heads, documented it and streamlined process and procedures. It was a transformative process!

After working in the family business I went on to work in Mergers & Acquisitions. Having worked with 20+ small business owners through the sale process I know that businesses running on EOS stand out from the rest!!
