I discovered EOS when my $25 million restaurant business started struggling with declining same-store sales. Eight years into the business, I was working harder than ever before and frustrated that nothing I did reversed the downward trend.

That’s when someone handed me the book Traction. While reading Traction, I realized it wasn’t a brand problem – it was us, the team, that was holding the business back. EOS transformed the way we ran the company. Within a few short months, the team was realigned & energized, executing a clear plan with discipline.

The result? We generated the highest EBITDA in the company’s history. I got my life back.

As an EOS Implementer, I use my previous experience in leadership development and coaching from my time as an executive at Capital One, along with the scars earned from running my own business, to help entrepreneurs take their businesses to the next level. My approach is empathetic (I’ve been there) but challenging (I want you to win), with some fun thrown in. I believe we can take our work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously.
