About Me

Implementer Category: Professional

For the past 30 years, I have been dedicated to helping business owners achieve their maximum potential. I found a deep passion for business during grad school while running a $6 million dollar operation with 100 employees. I enjoyed rolling up my sleeves, getting my hands dirty and solving the complex challenges of running a business. My company expanded by acquiring competitors who were not reaching their profit potential.

My teams addressed difficult staff and operational issues which resulted in higher revenues and a profitable bottom-line in a short period of time.

At times, I found myself working harder and longer than necessary, which was frustrating. I know what it’s like to have hundreds of thoughts regarding how to maintain control of a business.

EOS supports my passion for helping business owners & their teams achieve success. I believe in it as a pathway to help owners and their leadership teams get what they want from their business & become their best!

I live in Ivins, Utah with my wife Leslie. We enjoy the fantastic scenery and outdoor activities of Southern Utah, and enjoy spending time with our children and grandchildren.
