As the founder of the WHY! Company, Mark Stanley helps entrepreneurial leaders clarify, simplify and achieve their vision. He has worked with over 150 different organizations in just about every industry, and has previous experience with Theory of Constraints (TOC), LEAN and Six Sigma tool kits before making EOS® his exclusive focus in 2016.
Mark was one of the first EOS® Implementers in 2009 and is currently an Expert EOS®Implementer with over 1,100 session days. To be part of this elite group, he has undergone extensive training, participates in continuing education, and attends Quarterly Collaborative Exchange (QCE) meetings with his peers on his way to EOS® mastery.
Mark has a BBA in Finance with Honors from the University of Iowa, an MBA from Drake University, is a Certified Master Black Belt and a TOC Supply Chain Expert with a passion for ongoing improvement.
When he’s not working, you can find Mark spending time with his family and friends, traveling, trying to match the wine with the cheese, and indulging his insatiable passion for exploration, discovery and learning. Mark and his family make their home in Johnston, Iowa.
