With a combination of corporate and entrepreneurial experience, Mel understands a lot about business and people. Not following a traditional path, Mel built her career within the construction industry where her enjoyment came from working with entrepreneurial and family-owned businesses looking for quantum leap growth.

Mel has worked in a variety of capacities, from managing national sales teams for America’s largest privately-held marketer of tile and stone, to Director of Marketing Operations where she led business efforts and managed the construction, design, and operations of showroom spaces nationwide for a leading producer of quartz surfaces.

In her pursuit to help others understand the psychology of business, people and their environment, she became a Certified Coach as well as a Practitioner in Rapid Transformational Therapy. While looking for her next venture, Melanie was introduced to the book Traction. Seeing the benefits of companies Implementing EOS, Mel found her next obsession as an EOS Implementer and Business & Mindset Coach.
