Ryan grew up in a blue-collar family with a father who is a truck driver and a mother who worked tirelessly to raise two kids. Ryan would see the pain in his dad’s eyes when he would come home after countless 70 hour weeks; doing everything that he knew possible to provide a better life for his family. His parents instilled a mind numbing work ethic into him coupled with lessons from his father that there is always a better way to achieve a result.
His career path began in sales in the electrical industry, where he constantly exceeded sales goals at a manufacturer, distributor and an OEM. At the OEM company, Ryan worked with the Leadership Team in the Visionary and Sales seats to turn the company around from $1-2 million to $10 million in just 2 years. He fully attributes their success to an open-minded Leadership Team and implementing EOS.
Ryan has been working with blue collar businesses all his life, so he understands the difficulties of the reactive nature of the industry. He is determined to open the eyes of the owners and Leadership Teams of these blue-collar businesses; to show them that just because the industry is reactive, doesn’t mean that THEY have to be!
