My EOS journey started in 2017, and at that stage I had been the owner of a small technology company for 27 years.
That tech company had been successful over the years, we grew to 35 staff, and had healthy profit, but, in reality, we were stuck in terms of finding more growth. We went through a period of “hitting the ceiling”, we were dealing with people issues and what had became a fractured leadership team.
At that point, a friend pointed me to the book, Traction, which describes the fundamentals of the EOS system. For us, this was a “light bulb” moment, so we set about implementing the tools. Early on, we didn’t really make headway until we moved from self implementation and hired an EOS Implementer, at which point everything changed
Over the next 2 years, we unlocked the potential of our great team, built a new leadership team, and had everyone on the same page and heading in the same direction. Achieving our goals became business as usual, and I was then fortunate enough to sell the company for double what it was worth pre EOS.
My passion is now passing on the wonderful benefits of EOS to other business owners, so that they too can achieve the rewards they deserve.
