Wayne has been in your seat. He has started, run, bought and sold businesses ranging from startup to over $200M. His experience spans the US and emerging markets such as Asia. Wayne has a deep passion for building high performing, cohesive leadership teams and has successfully done so in a variety of industries & cultures.
Prior to becoming a Certified EOS Implementer, Wayne ran a thriving $25M business in Hawaii with over 150 people and operations across the major islands. As the President (Integrator), he implemented EOS throughout the organization. Wayne has run countless L10 meetings, reshaped his leadership team, and truly walked the EOS talk.
Wayne now focuses exclusively on helping business owners and their leadership teams achieve their vision. He does this by combining his broad experience with the practical, timeless Entrepreneurial Operating System.
Wayne earned a B.A. in International Business from Queens University of Charlotte and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He and his family live in Honolulu. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter.
