Before becoming an EOS Implementer, I spent years in the trenches as a business owner, leader, and investor. I’ve built and scaled multiple companies serving clients across the U.S. and Canada, and through that journey, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when the right people are in the right seats, rowing in the same direction.

Today, I get to coach teams through that same transformation — helping them simplify, gain alignment, and make real progress.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me playing trumpet, hiking a trail, or adventuring somewhere new with my wife and our two kids.
