About Me

I started my entrepreneurial journey in Pennsylvania in agriculture. After a few years, I hit burnout, liquidated, and moved to California, where I built a company manufacturing storage buildings. We saw fast growth—until the 2008 crash forced us to correct and we made it through.

In 2009, I acquired a modular steel horse barn company. About eight years ago, during a merger with a Texas-based firm, we discovered EOS and brought in Mark Winters as our Implementer. That decision transformed my company—and my life. For the first time, I stepped away from the day-to-day without the business depending solely on me.

I later moved to Texas to set up a new plant for our Modular horse barn division & take it Nationwide. With that chapter complete, I’m stepping into my next one: becoming an EOS Implementer.

I’ve lived the pressures you as business owners face. I’ve felt burnout, brought structure to chaos, scaled through systems, and built teams that thrive. Now, I help leadership teams do the same. If you’re looking for an Implementer who truly understands the journey, I can help you.
