After spending years working on senior leadership teams for entrepreneurs, I know the vision and execution it takes to achieve the entrepreneurs’ vision. As CEO of a D2C company, it was exhilarating to lead a major financial turnaround for the company, while building a new culture of growth and accountability. These experiences reinforced the discipline, transparency and company-wide accountability required for a leadership team to live up to its full potential. This discover inspired me to take action in a larger scale.
I became a Professional EOS Implementer to pursue my passion of helping entrepreneurs and their leadership teams develop the skills they need to strengthen the Six Key Components(TM) of their business. The creative combination of Visioning with the accountable action steps of Traction(TM) bring a leadership teams goals to fruition while allowing them to live as the best versions of themselves. The work is challenging and rewarding, and companies see an immense return. I love making a difference in the success of my clients, while enjoying other passions like the outdoors, my family and continued learning.
