From start-ups and mergers to globally distributed enterprises, I have led teams toward greater clarity, sustainable growth, and financial strength. I’m passionate about building exceptional workplaces where organizations can deliver their mission with effectiveness, impact, and joy. I became an EOS Implementer because I’ve seen firsthand the transformation it brings—helping executives and their teams move from confusion and chaos to a unified culture, strategic focus, and real results.
