Dean joined the military and loved spending years implementing Quality Engineering in the USAF, Army, and then Navy. After he left the military he took over the family business with his sister, they grew from one to seven stores and sold at a profit 10 years later. That experience reinforced his belief that, like the military, business owner/s/leaders need an operating system that keeps things real, simple, and results-focused.
He has enjoyed helping Fortune 100 to small mom-and-pop companies. He uses down-to-earth, common-sense coaching to help business owners and leadership teams to control chaos, make a profit, and leave a stable legacy.
Dean has spoken as a national keynote speaker on the topics of Strategic Planning, Emotional Intelligence, MBTI, and Project Management.
Today, as an EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) Implementer, Dean spends his time helping entrepreneurial leadership teams to implement the tools of The Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). His motto: “I turn good teams into great teams.”
