I play to win. And that is what I want for you.
I’m particularly known for three things. Being a Gamechanger, a 10X Thinker, and Driven to Mastery. It has taken my lifetime to build this reputation. At 8, I was timing my mom on vacuuming and streamlining household chores. I’ve never stopped, and never will. There is always a way to be better. And that is why I do what I do.
Gamechanger refers to an individual or company that significantly alters the way things are done as a whole. At 19, I was talking my boss into letting me hire someone out of my own wages so I could go farther faster. Why? because I knew how I could win. I’m going to help you get clear on what winning looks like and then we are going to use a set of simple, proven tools to help change your game. Every year I take a little time with all of my clients to celebrate the wins. I hear things like, “My business doesn’t control me anymore, and I’m actually home for my kids game” or “We’ve been stuck for 3 years and couldn’t grow… this year we grew 30%” The game pieces are the game pieces, how we play is based on how we want to win.
10X Thinker – We aren’t ashamed to be bold. To own our space. To achieve our dreams. We work with those who are tired of thinking and doing small. It is time to go big. But, in all honesty, this one hasn’t always been me. I was growing a structural steel business, and the weight of the business just got too heavy. We were seeing 100% growth. We were winning awards like 100 Best Places to Work in Arizona. And I was dying. The tools I’m going to teach you are the tools I used to break free.
Driven to Mastery means “controlled superiority over something” and we want it in every aspect of the company. The outcomes from this are amazing. Doubling net profit. Freedom of time. Lower Employee Turnover. Increased Revenue. Streamlined Processes. Better Client Satisfaction. I see this from teams I work with over and over, and I would love to share that with you.
