My entrepreneurial journey started in 1997 in my family business to where we ultimately sold our company to a strategic partner in 2020. I started in the administrative assistant seat and constantly grew and developed myself personally and professionally and eventually made my way to CEO in 2016. In 2018, I discovered EOS in my Vistage group and brought it into our business to help us get more control and more profit, because even though we were experiencing success, we also felt like every day was a total grind.
During that journey, we had the joy of making it to the top 25 in the nation and then on another day, experiencing the pain of losing an important contract which caused me to need to personally let half of my team go. The entreprenurial roller coaster is incredible, scary, fun and heartbreaking, sometimes all in one day. I am honored to serve my teams that are having these experiences and help them develop skills and abilities to know how to handle every situation.
The companies I prefer to work with are driven, passionate about their business and their possibilities and they like to dig in and do the work. They also like to have some fun along the way.
