About Me

I started my career in a family-owned construction company with multiple divisions. While I enjoyed the hands-on work as a technician, I quickly realized my true passion was running the business. When I stepped into leading the IT division, it was struggling. I searched for the right tools, found EOS^®, and introduced it to the team. In just 18 months, we moved from operating at a significant loss to a 5% net profit.

The impact was undeniable. We rolled EOS out across the entire organization, and I became the Integrator. Over the next five years, we grew revenue by $30 million—an 80% increase—while strengthening our leadership team and culture.

That experience lit a fire in me. Today, I work with entrepreneurial leadership teams to build strong, healthy businesses. I bring a grounded, practical approach that’s shaped by real-world experience—so my clients can gain traction, work better together, and get more of what they want from their business and their life.
