Hi! I’m Meg. A 4th generation entrepreneur. My business ownership journey began in 2002 when my husband and I purchased a hardware store in Solon Springs, WI. Since then, Solon Mercantile has grown considerably: robust sales, diversified departments, more employees, bigger buildings. With growth came plenty of challenges and sleepless nights-expensive lessons-indeed!
In 2015, I read Traction seeking a solution for the chaos we were experiencing. I was enthralled. Here is a simple system that provided relief from the turmoil. With EOS running in our business, I started sharing the tools and process with other entrepreneurial organizations. I’ve facilitated over 200 full-day sessions with leadership teams from more than 50 businesses that are now experiencing real, measurable growth through the discipline and accountability of EOS. EOS helps businesses think bigger. Being outside a big city doesn’t mean you have to think small or be small. It takes a unique approach and few different tools for companies to thrive in the less populated region at the western tip of Lake Superior and I passionately implement EOS in businesses that are, like me, located north by choice.
