Meet Christopher Turner, the determined Visionary and CEO, and Tiffany Pearson, the assertive Integrator, as they embark on the challenging journey to find the perfect partnership in each other.

In this episode, you’ll discover how they faced failures and setbacks until they finally learned to create a thriving organization, one with clear communication and expectations.

Christopher Turner is the founder and CEO of EMERGICON, a company that provides better solutions for processing ambulance claims and supports firefighters and EMS heroes by managing provider financial services.

With over 25 years of experience in health care finance, Christopher is a true visionary when it comes to reducing the burden on lifesaving care. In 2006, he founded EMERGICON with just a two-person team, and in 2019, Tiffany Pearson joined as the chief operating officer.

Tiffany is an Integrator with more than 20 years of experience in revenue cycle management. Her expertise has greatly improved both the revenue growth and leadership of EMERGICON.

Finding the perfect fit for the crucial role of Integrator can be challenging. It requires persistence and trial and error. After all, the perfect fit is often not the first candidate, and it might even come from within the company, as was the case with Tiffany Pearson.

Learning from their experiences can greatly improve the integration of an effective partner into the business setup, ultimately producing a more harmonious and productive working relationship.

“Finding the right Integrator fit allowed me to fully step into the Visionary role and take our business to new heights.” Christopher Turner [02:01]

Together, Christopher and Tiffany bring a wealth of knowledge and insights into the challenges and lessons learned from finding the right V/I Duo™ for business growth.

Opening up the EOS Toolbox, it’s interesting to see how Tiffany and Christopher use the Culture Formula in a simple way to transform the business. The Accountability Chart™ acts to build on that growth by pointing to the leaders and placing responsibility for that culture on the right shoulders.

Every outstanding entrepreneurial business has a common element that launched it to success.

It has a Visionary who sees the big picture, envisions the future, and lives for challenge and risk. It also has an Integrator™, who works behind the scenes executing the business plan and doing the backbreaking work of making the Visionary’s dreams a reality.

On their own, these two types of leaders have potential, but together they form an essential relationship that propels their business to new heights – we call that Rocket Fuel™.

Join real and raw conversations with the world’s top entrepreneurial duos as they talk about their journey to getting more of what they want from their business. Hosted by Mark C. Winters, Visionary and co-author of Rocket Fuel.
