Steven is an experienced organizational consultant singularly focused on helping businesses learn, master and implement EOS – the Entrepreneurial Operating System – a complete set of simple concepts and practical tools that deliver proven results. Companies implementing EOS consistently achieve more revenue, growth and profit while delivering a better balance of life to business owners and leaders.

From childhood sales entrepreneur to Fortune 500 corporate roles, Steven has developed a real passion for helping others succeed. Results include leading a new business segment to exceed 30% annual growth (CAGR) for five straight years, and being one of four regional VPs on a global team that helped generate over $1 billion in incremental revenue over a ten-year period.

Steven also helped turn around a small business that was struggling. After declining an offer of $8.6 million, they stabilized the customer base, restructured operations and distribution channels, and sold the company two years later for over $25 million.
