As EOS Implementers®, we have the privilege of helping leadership teams gain clarity, accountability, and traction in their businesses. If you’re an aspiring Implementer, this story is a real-world look at the impact you can have—helping companies to break through ceilings, build strong teams, and create a self-sustaining system.
This is the story of The Ramage Law Group (Ramage), a firm ready for change and fully embracing EOS®. As their Implementer, I had the opportunity to guide them through their journey.
Finding Clarity Through EOS®
Like many entrepreneurial companies, Ramage had a strong Visionary leader, a passionate team, and significant growth goals—but it was hitting a ceiling. It knew it needed a system to help it scale efficiently while maintaining its core values and high standards.
That’s where EOS® and I came in.
As their Certified EOS Implementer®, I led them through the EOS foundational tools, starting with:
- The Accountability Chart® to clarify structure and get the right people in the right seats.
- Rocks to establish clear 90-day priorities and create team-wide focus and traction.
- The Level 10 Meeting® to drive execution, alignment, and discipline.
- The Scorecard to track a handful of weekly activity-based measurables that create proactive accountability and results.
Then, we completed their Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO®) to align on their strategic plan. But as Gino Wickman, the founder of EOS®, often says, “Vision without Traction is hallucination!” Ramage needed more than clarity; they needed someone to drive execution.
The Missing Piece: An Integrator
Through our Accountability Chart® work, it became clear that the firm needed an EOS Integrator™—someone to manage the day-to-day operations, drive execution, and ensure EOS® was fully implemented.
But as a growing firm, they weren’t yet ready to hire a full-time Integrator. They needed an experienced Fractional Integrator who could lay the groundwork for a full-time hire.
This is where the EOS Implementer® community became invaluable. Instead of searching alone, I tapped into my network and recommended Paulina Walters, a seasoned Fractional Integrator with deep EOS® experience.
Sharon Ramage, the firm’s Founder and Visionary, put it best: “We were busting at the seams. I am a classic Visionary—a lot of great ideas and little follow-through. I needed an Integrator!”

Gaining Traction: Running on EOS®
Over the next several months, the firm accelerated their implementation of EOS®, focusing on:
- Refining the Accountability Chart®—Ensuring the right people were in the right seats.
- Documenting Core Processes—Creating consistency and scalability.
- Enhancing the Scorecard—Aligning measurable metrics with company goals.
- Improving Onboarding—Owning it as a company Rock to ensure new hires were set up for success.
- Hiring a Full-Time Integrator—Transitioning from a fractional role to a long-term leadership seat.
One of the most rewarding moments for me as an Implementer came when the firm successfully hired their permanent Integrator/COO, Mark Norman, who stated, “Paulina paved the way for my hire and made my transition the first 90 days as smooth as any I’ve experienced in my career. She delivered value from day one and continued each week and month to not only advise our Leadership Team but also get into the trenches with us. Thanks to Paulina’s patience, guidance, and mentoring, when the baton was passed, I had seen and experienced what being a great Integrator looked like. I was ready; my onboarding was thorough and complete.”
That’s the power of pure EOS® implementation.
Lessons for EOS Implementers® and Growing Companies
Whether you’re an aspiring EOS Implementer® or a seasoned pro, this story highlights three key lessons:
- The EOS Implementer® community is a game-changer.
When a client needed an Integrator, I didn’t go it alone—I tapped into fellow Implementers and recommended a trusted resource. - The Accountability Chart™ reveals the truth.
When built correctly, the leadership team sees what’s missing—without you having to convince them. - Our job is to help businesses become self-sufficient.
We don’t just run sessions—we equip teams to run on EOS® long after we’re gone.
And to optimize the success of an entrepreneurial business, two key elements must be in place:
- Business needs an operating system
Every business reaches a point where it must reassess its direction and strategy. For Ramage, embracing EOS® and committing to the process allowed them to break through barriers that once held them back. - They need a strong Integrator.
For businesses with a true Visionary but no strong Integrator, growth often feels chaotic. That was the case for Ramage before they brought in their Fractional Integrator.
The Ripple Effect of EOS®
By fully embracing EOS®, Ramage is now positioned for long-term success. Its leadership team is stronger, its processes are more efficient, and its vision is clearer than ever.
And that’s what makes this work so rewarding.
If you’re considering becoming an EOS Implementer®, this is the kind of impact you can make.
- Helping leadership teams break through ceilings.
- Creating clarity and accountability.
- Guiding businesses to find and onboard the right people.
