For 20 years, I was the guy companies brought in when things were on fire—CEO, COO, fixer. I rebuilt teams, restructured sales, and made tough calls. From the outside, it looked like success. But I was stuck in firefighting mode, waking up at 3am with problems I didn’t create.

I had hit a plateau—the kind where growth feels like burnout, not momentum.

Then I discovered EOS®, and everything clicked. EOS gave me language for what I’d always done instinctively—and a framework to help others build calm, aligned, self-managing teams.
