I entered the insurance restoration industry in 2005. I worked my way up the ladder, starting as a project manager, and after 11 years, ultimately reported directly to franchise ownership, managing the people and operations of two multimillion dollar offices in the Metro-Atlanta area, supporting a staff of 62 team members.
Once in leadership, I spent the next 4 years living the struggles a lot of business owners and leadership teams face running an entrepreneurial organization; lack of accountability, numbers not being hit, high turnover rates, and low team morale. These issues created a lot of stress and frustration for everyone. We decided to bring in an EOS Implementer to help. It was transformational. EOS taught us how to rally around our vision, and once implemented, we were able to identify and then address the root causes of our pain, allowing us to work better as a team and achieve scalability. It worked.
I made the decision to pursue my passion for helping people full time by becoming an EOS Implementer, to help business owners and leadership teams ease their pain and achieve more of what they want from their businesses, the way EOS helped us do the same.
