Erin built a career in revenue management with a billion dollar publicly traded SAAS company before walking away from corporate life in pursuit of something different. Together with her sister she bought, turned around, and sold a retail bakery in the suburbs of DFW over a seven year period. These two distinctly different experiences taught Erin a few important things. Hard work, grit, positivity, creativity and curiosity are required for success, but even with all that, businesses both big and small struggle with 3 common frustrations: people, profit and process.
Erin experienced these same frustrations until she discovered the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) in 2017. By working with the leadership team in her own business to implement the simple, practical EOS tools and process, Erin found the business became easier and more fun to manage while achieving higher profit margins. She now passionately teaches and facilitates EOS to others who are more afraid of the status quo than they are of change.
Erin is a proud member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2008, and she lives in Weatherford, Texas with her husband, Jordan, and two kids, Emersyn and Logan.
