  3. Implement a meeting pulse that is right for your business. Make sure the right people are in the right meetings, follow the same agenda, and start and end on time. These rhythms maintain high accountability and constant communication.
  4. Finally, add your most important performance metrics into a Scorecard, and have every person on the team be responsible for one metric. Scoring measurables on a weekly basis allows you to celebrate wins and quickly address misses.
