About Me

My background is in marketing operations. Over fifteen years, I rose through the ranks to become Managing Director and shareholder of a specialist retail marketing agency with a remit to grow the business and prepare it for sale over five years. I turned to EOS for help, and it made an impact almost instantly – all my staff appreciated its clarity and structure, as well as the regular attainable goal-setting that
fed our ultimate objective. Under its framework, I doubled the size of our business in four years.

This growth enabled me to successfully steer the business through a sale, and in turn, free me up to explore other opportunities. As EOS had been so pivotal in my own success story, becoming a Professional EOS Implementer felt like the perfect
next move. I now help businesses reach their potential by empowering leaders with a structure that delivers growth, strengthens teams, and prioritises collaboration and communication. EOS is a well-proven, highly effective operating system. And with
my own hands-on, positive experience, I am ideally placed to help businesses implement EOS successfully.
