About Me

Seasoned business strategist and Professional EOS Implementer^®, Stacy Nehring brings real-world experience, sharp insight, and a genuine passion for helping leaders get unstuck. With a background in ownership, operations and leadership, she’s walked in your shoes and knows the pressure that comes with running a growing company.

Stacy’s entrepreneurial journey began when she joined her family business in Powersports over 15 years ago. Within 7 years she found herself running the company and then decided to take a risk and buy the unprofitable business from her family. Shortly after Covid hit and she faced unprecedented challenges and decided it was time to flip the tables on the business. It was at this time she hired an EOS Implementor, which was transformational. Her leadership team aligned, productivity skyrocketed and the joy of running a business was brought back. This led to seeing revenue double, profits surge which ultimately led to a private equity sale. She is now passionate about helping other entrepreneurs find joy in their businesses.
